Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions:

1. I hereby accept that this enrolment forms the basis of a contract between Share Direct and me. I understand that the fees are not refundable or transferable from one product to another product.
2. The products and services provided by Share Direct are for educational purposes and are not to be construed as advice in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002.

Mentorship Terms and Conditions:

1. It is the responsibility of the client to equip themselves with the theory provided prior to the commencement of the mentorship.
2. Training must be started on the agreed upon date and cannot be postponed.
3. Training must be completed within the agreed time frame.
4. All documentation needed for the opening of a trading account must be submitted to the company by the client not less than ten days prior to commencement of the mentorship.
